I’ll be making a video of this process for you soon, but for now you can just follow along with this written script to help you release any issue you’re dealing with.
This simple EFT process is structured in a general way so that it will help you let go of any emotional patterns and limiting beliefs you may have.
You can substitute whatever phrase you like as the reminder phrase as we go through this process or you can just use the phrases within the process as it’s written. You can also try both and see what works best for you.
Although the process may seem simple, it’s very powerful and it will really help you release any issue you’re dealing with.

This script is written so you can follow along quickly and easily to release any issue you may be experiencing. If you’re new to EFT or you’d like a review of how to use it though, you’ll find more information about that here.
Check on the issue and intensity
Before we start tapping, think about the issue that you’d like to heal and release with this process. Then check in and see how intense whatever issue you’re dealing with is right now on a scale of 1 to 10. You can also just rate how intense you think your emotional state might be if you let yourself really think about it.
The EFT for Everything process
Rub the tender spot and repeat after me.
Even though I have this issue, I deeply and completely love and accept myself.
Even though I’m experiencing this issue, I deeply and completely love and accept myself.
Even though I’m having these thoughts and feelings, I deeply and completely love and accept myself and I choose to let go of these patterns now and let myself feel unconditional peaceful well-being.
Now tap on your eyebrow: This issue
Side of the eye: These feelings about it
Under the eye: These thoughts and underlying beliefs about it
Upper lip: This issue
Chin: These feelings about it
Collarbone: These thoughts and underlying beliefs about it
Under the arm: This issue
Side of the hand: Even though I’m experiencing this issue and these thoughts and feelings about it, I deeply and completely love and accept myself as I am and I choose to release this pattern now. I choose to remember that my natural state of peace and happiness is unconditional and doesn’t depend on anything outside of me. I choose to release those old emotional patterns and mistaken beliefs completely now and feel my natural state of peace and well-being.
Now stop and take a deep breath.
Check in on your intensity level again. Are you feeling better?
Just continue to repeat this process over and over until you feel your negative feelings and beliefs diminishing or disappearing altogether. Let yourself tap on whatever specific negative feelings, thoughts, or memories may arise as you go through this process as well.
Any new insights?
Also, as you go through this process and get the intensity or belief level down, notice if you have any shifts in your perspective about this situation or issue. Often, once you release these patterns, you’ll find your inner wisdom giving you a much more loving and compassionate perspective on the situation and new ideas and solutions may just come to mind.
