As you may know, I feel like loving ourselves unconditionally is the key to true peace and happiness and freedom in our lives.  Whenever you’re feeling off emotionally, sad, angry, scared… it’s likely that there’s an underlying pattern of self-rejection that’s being triggered by whatever situation you find yourself in.  Even if you’re not sure what it is, you can try this process and see if it helps you release that old pattern and come back to your natural state of unconditional self-love and self-acceptance.
