PEP for Self-Healing Process
This recording is a series of positive, healing affirmations PEP-style. You can use this recording in several ways:
1. You can follow along as you do Positive Energy Psychology. This PEP process has more phrases than usual, 84 total, so it will take you through seven cycles of PEP which will take about 12 minutes or so. It can be helpful to take a moment to think about what you’d like to heal before you begin this process. If you’re wanting to heal a particular condition yourself, I encourage you to follow this PEP process every day. I think you’ll find it feels really good. (If you need it, you’ll find info on how to do PEP here.)
2. You can also use this as an affirmations recording and just let it play continuously in the background at home, in the car, at work, etc. (You might want to purchase the mp3 of this so you can do that… remember you can get it at a 50% discount as a member.) I think you’ll really like the healing affirmations and just listening to them like this an easy way for you to let them be absorbed into your consciousness. If you’re scheduled for a medical procedure, you can also just play these quietly while you are at the hospital and/or in surgery. You are in a state of mind that readily accepts positive suggestions during surgery and recovery so this really is a great time to listen to these phrases. Plus, they feel good and this is an effortless way to feel better.
3. You can use this recording for sleep programming also. To do this, just let it play quietly while you’re sleeping. (Again, you’d probably want to download this for sleep programming.) When you are in the alpha state of sleep, you are actually very open to positive suggestions so this is another way to easily infuse your consciousness with positive healing suggestions.
Guided Meditation for Self-Healing
This is a really nice guided meditation that helps you use the power of your imagination to bring healing energy to your body and being. As you listen, it will help you to relax and envision healing energy surrounding you and flowing to you for your healing. It includes a visualization for seeing and feeling Beings of Light helping you to heal… which you can see as angels or whatever spiritual Beings you’d like to be there. It feels really good. Focusing your mind on what you want in this way and feeling the opening and expansion of energy that goes along with that is very powerful and healing.
EFT for Self-Healing
This is an EFT process for you to follow along with to help you heal yourself. You can use this for any condition or symptom you’d like to heal so you can experience your natural state of health and well-being in your body, mind, and spirit. Even though it’s a simple process, don’t let that deceive you. It can still be very powerful. (You’ll find info on how to do EFT here.)
EFT for Relieving Pain
This is another simple but wonderful process that will help you feel relief of pain from any source: headaches, physical aches, surgical recovery, anything. I remember using EFT with a friend of mine who had just undergone major surgery and was in a lot of pain. In just a few rounds of simple EFT, I was able to help him to get his pain down to a much milder, more tolerable level. And then he used EFT on his own after that to help with pain whenever he needed it. This process can help you do the same.

Written script: Guided meditation for self-healing
In this process, I will be guiding you to use the power of your own mind and intention to bring healing energy into your body and mind and spirit.
To begin, find a comfortable place to sit with your spine straight and your feet flat on the ground. If you prefer, you can also lie down comfortably as you listen to this guided meditation as well.
Close your eyes now and take a nice, deep breath. Let your breathing get slower and deeper now. Let your breath relax you. Notice that you are feeling more and more relaxed with every breath you take. Feel yourself going deeper and deeper into a wonderful state of peace and well-being and relaxation.
Now, picture yourself surrounded by a beautiful bubble of healing energy.
See its beautiful color and iridescence shimmering all around you.
It’s very beautiful and you can feel it all around you, surrounding your body completely in a peaceful, beautiful bubble of light and healing energy.
Just breathe in this healing energy now. Breathe it into every cell of your body. Breathe it into every part of your body. Breathe it into the part of your body that you are healing now.
Let the healing energy concentrate in this part of your body that you are healing now. See this area of your body glowing with healing energy. See your whole body glowing with healing energy. See the beautiful radiance of this energy concentrated in the area of your body that you are now healing.
Feel the love and light and peace of this healing energy pulsing through your body now, naturally concentrating in those places in your body that will most benefit from this beautiful, powerful, healing energy within you.
Let this healing energy bring a feeling of peace and comfort to your body now. Breathe in this beautiful, comforting energy and let it flow freely through your body now. You can feel the sensations in your body becoming softer and more gentle.
Within this beautiful, peaceful bubble of healing energy, your body is returning to its natural state of comfort and health and balance. You see now that they are beaming healing energy to you from their hands and their hearts. See and feel this beautiful, powerful healing energy pouring into your body and your consciousness now. They are sending this healing energy to the places in your body that you are healing now. You can feel it concentrating there and healing you.
Feel their infinite love and gratitude for you pouring into your body, being absorbed into every cell. See their love and healing energy filling the peaceful bubble that surrounds you as well.
Feel their assurance that they are always with you. They want you to know that you are not alone and that they are always with you, loving you and helping you and guiding you on your journey.
